Couplings

PIPECONX Universal Pipe Connectors allow you to connect any size pipe, quickly and easily. Their time saving, fully tested design gives you professional results in minutes using only a slotted screwdriver or a 5/16" nut driver or socket. Once installed, by tightening the stainless steel bands to 60" lbs. torque, you are assured of a leak-proof, chemical resistant connection that is impervious to roots and unaffected by soil conditions.

Each coupling is identified by part number, size and the names of the materials they connect.

Caps

PIPECONX Caps are made from strong, flexible PVC for a tight fit. Fast and simple to use, these caps are the best method for sealing open test pipes, pipe ends and cleanouts. Just slip cap over open pipe end and tighten clamp. PIPECONX EC's are the economical version of our PIPECONX FC's.

Saddles

Quick and economical, PIPECONX Universal Saddles are the perfect solutions for connecting to sewer main pipes. The flexible, durable PVC saddle, combined with the hardened PVC saddle shield, forms a tight seal. Stainless steel clamps secure the saddle unit to pipe diameters that range from four inches through fifteen inches. Once installed, they are leak proof, chemical resistant and impervious to roots. They are also unaffected by soil conditions.

NOTE: Flexible Saddle must be installed in combination with shield. Slip bands are included with all saddles and allow for quick installation and tightening.

Shielded Couplings

PIPECONX shielded couplings are elastomeric sleeves with stainless steel shields for use in joining cast iron, plastic, steel, copper and tubular in sewer and DWV systems.

Manhole Adapters

Use the PIPECONX Manhole Adapter to stop leaks around pipe entry to manhole walls. Durability and flexibility permit pipe movement without damaging the seal itself.

No-Hub Couplings

Manufactured in accordance with CISPI 310, IAPMO 35-89 and ASTM C 1277 Standards, these No-Hub Couplings offer you unmatched performance. Shields, bands and housing are made of AISI 301. Screws and eyelets are AISI 305. Gaskets are neoprene rubber and comply with ASTM C 564.

Elbows and Tees

No solvents or pipe wrenches necessary. Just use a PIPECONX Elbow or Tee to repair or replace your existing ones quickly and easily. Simply cut the old fitting out at the joint and replace with our strong, yet flexible, PIPECONX replacements. Reduce sizes if necessary with separately supplied bushings (see Specialty Products). Connect all common household drain, waste and vent pipes, quickly and easily, just by tightening the stainless steel bands, using a common slotted screw driver or a 5/16" nut driver or socket.

Stainless Steel Clamps

Constructed of 300 series stainless steel, these clamps are designed to become stronger as the tension becomes greater. Extra slots give a greater dimensional range while the deep slotted hex-head screws allow for quick and easy tightening. Rust proof and resistant to corrosion, they provide a tight seal when used with any PIPECONX product.
