G Series

STI™ Gasketed Sewer Fittings SDR 35 (4”-12”)
STI™ features a one-piece integral bell and an extended pre-alignment entrance that aids in proper alignment of pipe and fittings. In addition to scientifically formulated resins, square pipe stops resist pipe push-through while extra heavy support is provided under the pipe stop at branch intersections for added strength. The 4” – 6” reducing braches on 8”, 10”, and 12” fittings have a minimum wall thickness of SDR 18.

Applications
STI™ Gasketed Sewer fittings are intended for nonpressure drainage of sewage and surface water.

Certification
STI™ Gasketed Sewer fittings are third party tested and listed by NSF, UPC and CSA to meet specifications defined in ASTM D 3034, ASTM F 1336 and CSA B182.2, where applicable.

H Series

Heavy Wall Gasketed Sewer Fittings SDR 26 (4”- 18”)
With a 34.5% thicker wall than SDR 35, high impact retention rings, and “I” Beam gussets at the branches and bends, Plastic Trends’ PVC Heavy Wall Gasketed Sewer fittings are manufactured to last. In addition, the 4” – 6” reducing branches on 8”, 10”, and 12” fittings have a minimum wall thickness of SDR 18. The distinctive green gasket is also heavy duty and engineered to make assembly fast and easy. Just push the pipe in until it hits the square stop for a solid, positive seal.

SDR 26 Heavy Wall Sewer fittings also feature the new high impact gasket retention ring design.  The rings are colored green for easy field identification.  For more information on the benefits on the new ring design, click here.

Applications
Heavy Wall Gasketed Sewer fittings can be used where extra heavy (SDR 26) is specified by your local jurisdiction. SDR 26 fittings are intended for non-pressure drainage of sewage and surface water.

Certifications
Heavy Wall Gasketed Sewer fittings are third party tested and listed by NSF to meet specifications defined in ASTM D 3034 and F 1336.

C Series

CIOD Pressure Fittings Specification

Applications
C.I.O.D. DR 18 and DR 25 Gasketed Pressure fittings are thermoformed, glued and fiberglass reinforced. This eliminates the threat of rust or corrosion, providing better flow and cleaner water quality. C900 pressure fittings can be used in both higher pressure water systems and low pressure sewer force main systems.

Plastic Trends offers a standard bell OD to facilitate joint restraint installation, while allowing all fittings to have fiberglass reinforced plastic where required. Bends of 45 degrees or less, are manufactured of one-piece construction. This provides a lightweight, compact fitting, which can be easily handled in the field.

Plastic Trends C900 fittings are designed to be used with engineered joint restraints or concrete thrust blocking. C900 fittings are a tough alternative to cast iron fittings but C900 has the benefit of being resistant to corrosion.

Features and Benefits
Watertight joints
There is virtually no risk of infiltration or leakage, the pure, clean water that enters the system, leaves the system.

Corrosion Resistant
Our fittings have no metallic parts

Quality Control
We have extensive quality control testing in our manufacturing facilities. The tests that our fittings are put through include, dimensional tests, hydrostatic quick-burst pressure tests, fusion tests and hydrostatic sustained pressure tests. By meeting the requirements of these tests, our fittings are certified to CSA B137.3 and B137.2 and meet the requirements of AWWA C900, C905 and C907.

Certifications
Conforms to AWWA C905 and are Warnock Hersey Listed to CSA B137.3
