Prepaid Freight

New Horizon Sales, Inc. has implemented a $1500 minimum for prepaid freight.  This can include one, or a mixture of all the product lines that we carry here, which can be found on Our Products Page.

Returns

Any items that you wish to return to New Horizon Sales, Inc. are subject to a restocking fee.  Any and all items returned must be in good saleable condition and free from any defects whatsoever.  Once inspected, a credit will be issued.  No debits for returned material will be accepted without a matching credit from New Horizon Sales, Inc.

Shipping Discrepancies

In the event of an error in shipping from New Horizon Sales, Inc., all discrepancies must be brought to the attention of New Horizon Sales within 5 (five) working days of the original shipment.  Short payments or debits will not be allowed without verification of error with New Horizon Sales.
